Working with the HOD Admin to help supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Supporting in recruitment process
Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Relating with external bodies on administrative issues (LASTMA, LASEPA, LASSA, residents association, landlord, caretaker, security agencies), etc.
Payment of bills (IKEDC, LAWMA, Security Company etc).
Providing support for office security (communicating instructions, ensuring action on instructions)
Ensuring the provision of stationery (purchase, disbursement and monitoring) and filingof all important documents
Supervision of cleaning activities/ensure the general environment in good order
Handling different aspects of Vehicle administration (maintenance, documentation, fuelling etc)
Generating miscellaneous data as requested for official uses
Office inventory (monitoring movement of company property, keeping inventory)
Maintain adequate lateral and vertical communication with all staff on administrative issues.
Any other duties associated with general administration or as directed by Head, HR/Administration.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's in relevant fields with 1 - 2 years work experience.
Must be computer-literate
Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
Must have finished NYSC
