Job Description:
follow up on clients.
Track regular clients for routine training and medicals.
Ensure proper documentation of both the clients and staff.
Attend to assigned client and ensure quality of care and service.
Ensure clients have made payments and ensure invoices has been sent out to clients.
Ensure that clients and staff complaints are addressed properly.
An ability to prioritize, plan and organize work in a busy environment.
Good personal and interpersonal skills covering communication, team work, self motivation, demonstrable initiative and attention to detail.
Strong innovative thinking and people management.
Qualification:
BSC or Higher National Diploma in Business Management and any related field
Working Experience: 2years and above in a similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Ability to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines.
