JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s overall strategic vision and business objectives.
Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes across all departments.
Monitor financial performance, identify areas of development, and implement cost-effective measures.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Oversee the implementation of quality assurance programs to maintain high service standards.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing operations in a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the hospitality industry.
