Job Description:


We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

As an integral part of our executive team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the CEO's calendar, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prioritize and manage incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.

Screen incoming calls and determine their urgency and importance.

Draft and prepare correspondence, including emails, letters, and presentations.

Take accurate and comprehensive notes during meetings and prepare minutes.

Conduct research and gather information as requested by the CEO.

Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.

Coordinate events and speaking engagements for the CEO.

Implement and maintain administrative systems and procedures.

Manage databases and filing systems to ensure efficient recordkeeping.

Provide reminders to the CEO of important tasks, deadlines, and commitments.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper.

Minimum of Four (4) years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related administrative role

Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Experience with travel management and event planning
