Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with a background in HR to provide high-level support to the CEO.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executive leadership.
Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees
Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant
Background in Human Resources with a good understanding of HR processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
Proficiency in office software and calendar management tools.
