Job description

Administrative Support:


Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.

Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and official letters.

Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.

Assist in preparing and managing office budgets and expenses.


Travel Arrangements:


Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.


Meeting Support:


Organize and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing meeting materials.

Take meeting minutes, transcribe and distribute them to relevant parties.


Office Management:


Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

Handle general office maintenance and liaise with building management when required.


Skills and Qualifications:


Bsc/HND in Business administration

Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is advantageous.

Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheet applications, and presentation tools.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional and friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and demands.
