Responsibilities
Giving a good Impression of the hospital to its patients and visitors.
Ensuring that the environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for patients and their families,
Collecting patient information, and updating medical records.
Logging all registrations for the day into Microsoft Excel for backup
Answers the phone calls while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent.
One to two years working experience.
Requirements / Skills:
Proficient with Healthcare Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working in hospital is an added advantage
Face to face experience with customers
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Highly motivated team player willing to go the extra mile.
Must be presentable and smart (Good-looking).
Paying attention to detail.
Fast learner.
Must reside within Magodo, Ketu, Ikosi, Sangisa, Berger, Ikeja and its environs.
