Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Attend to bookings and inquiries by guests and ensure a seamless booking process for guests.
Ensure all payment and reservations are made for the day
Ensure guest satisfaction
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information inperson and via phone/email
Requirements
Understanding of Guest Relations in a Hotel environment
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional attitude and appearance
Good written and verbal communication skills
Organizational skills
Customer service attitude
