Job Description:
Information technology officer is responsible for system optimization and the smooth running of computer system . They also ensure users get maximum benefits and satisfaction.
Evaluate connectivity issues, equipment, software, hardware and provide helpdesk and technical supports. They also involve in integrating, updating and troubleshooting system errors
Job Funtion/ Responsibilities
* Maintains computer networks and connectivity and resolve systems issue.
* Provides IT support, training, and orientation for new technology users and demonstrates great customer service skills,
*Help clients to resolve any IT issues and must also be updated regarding new technology and advances knowledge of current technology and support solutions in the industry .
*They protect data, security and assist with maintaining information security and follows scripts to provide effective and well-tested support
