REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years FM experience, 3-5 years FM experience, 5+ years experience accordingly
Residential and Corporate experience needed
Should have an Engineering Background
SKILLS
Financial planning and negotiating skills with ability to develop and manage a project.
Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to relate to clients and external third parties
