Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of hotel air conditioning systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and implement effective solutions promptly.
Conduct preventive maintenance on a regular basis to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.
Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute A/C installations, upgrades, and replacements.
Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints related to HVAC concerns, providing excellent customer service.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair history.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology to enhance overall system performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.
Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
Familiarity with HVAC control systems and components.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and tools.
