Summary of Job


The Team Lead Supervisor manages the command center operators including the shift supervisors. S/he communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team. Motivates team members and assesses performance.

Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this role successfully, the TLS will perform the following responsibilities, which will include but are not limited to:

Core Tasks


Supports shift supervisor and performs management duties when the manager is absent or out of office

Establish procedures and be responsible for managing sensitive victim and family member information

Responding to incoming calls to the Command Center (EHA Clinics and COVID-19 test queues)

Coordinating technical support with the IT team in restoring services and updating PBX configuration based on changes done to the team structure and support plan.

Ensure appropriate information is made available to the agents

Ensure follow-up is conducted on every open ticket as required and TAT is kept at a minimum

Ensure pertinent information on EHA Clinics operation is updated and disseminated to command center operators as well as other supporting agents (front desk and eHA help desk agents) in a timely manner.

Review call records and generates reports of command center activities to determine staffing requirements, assess training needs, identify technical problems with equipment, and to make appropriate adjustments in the operations.

Coordinate closely with nurses and doctors on call, Clinic staff/members to ensure proper coordination when responding to emergency situations.

Ensure all command center applications and systems are running at all times.

Manages inventories and stock, including keeping detailed records of inventory use and sales, and advising management on orders where necessary

Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks

Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training

Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems,,,, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance

Communicates deadlines and performance goals to team members

Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals

Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations

Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, objectives, and deadlines

Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards

Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

Other duties as required to ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements


A degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus

3-5 years of work experience as a team leader or supervisor in a customer service environment

Summary of Job


The Dental Assistant Supports dental care delivery by preparing treatment room, patient, instruments, and materials; passing instruments and materials; performing procedures in compliance with the EHA Clinics Standards.

You will help with preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, setting up rooms, and some dental hygiene tasks. To do well in this role you should be able to provide a great level of patient care.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Dentist Duties
Preparing patients for dental work.


Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, prepare materials, and assisting with dental procedures.

Assisting dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies when necessary.

Providing great patient care.

Recording treatment information in patient records.

Exposing dental x-rays from dental diagnostics and caring for dental x-ray equipment.

Giving patients information on dental hygiene, oral health care, and plaque control programs.

Collecting and recording medical and dental histories and patient vital signs.

Providing postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist.

Caring for dental equipment.

Forming preliminary impressions for study casts and occlusal registrations for mounting study casts.

Fabricating temporary restorations and custom impressions from preliminary impressions.


Patient & Family Education / Support:


Assist the Dentist to provide emotional support and measures to alleviate fear and anxiety.

Helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment

Providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures, such as the placement of a restoration (filling)

Teaching patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health; (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing and nutritional counseling)

Participate in voluntary community health activities to promote, maintain and restore health and prevent diseases.

Qualifications & Training


National Diploma in Dental Health is required. Additional certification or training is an asset

Between One (1) and Two (2) years post College of Health Technology and progressive experience as an assistant within the private and public sector. Experience working with public health and health systems is an advantage.

Summary of Job


The Command Center Operator (CCO) reports to the Command Center Manager of EHA Clinics. As CCO, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls into the dispatch center at our clinics.

The position will be responsible for responding to all calls, chats, and emails during your shift and determining any additional action required routing to the proper department internally.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this role successfully, the CCO will perform the following responsibilities, which will include but are not limited to:

Core Tasks:


Ensure calls are picked and average talk time maintained

Ensure the confidentiality of the information collected

Ensure customer data is captured on Odoo

Alert supervisor to any special concerns of members/users

Book appointments and raise tickets on Odoo as required

Must always practice proper handshake with incoming operators before logging off after shift

Ensure collects caller record and family member contact information

Provide technical support to clinics staff of different departments and projects via phone calls

Responds to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Reports to: Technical Lead, informatics

Purpose of the Position


The aim of the internship will be to work closely with the Quality Assurance Engineer to develop and establish quality assurance standards and measures for the software application services within our organization.

S/he will also gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements. This will include writing test plans, scripts for tracking defects, fixes in product development, and software application development.

Adequate metrics and records are put together in collaboration with all departments to ensure projects and initiatives are monitored effectively to achieve EHA Clinics’ goals.


Description of Tasks
The intern is expected to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily:


Under the supervision of a Quality Assurance Engineer, develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product life cycles.

Create and execute test plans and scripts that will determine optimal application performance according to specifications.

Verify and revise quality assurance standards as needed.

Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals. Fulfill end-user requirements and identify existing or potential issues.

Collaborate with software/systems personnel in application testing, such as system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing.

Make recommendations for improvement of applications to programmers and software developers or engineers.

Test any new software to ensure integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and technical specifications.

Maintain effective communication with the project software engineers on project limitations, capability, performance requirements, and hardware interface changes.

Miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned to support the management team

Complete necessary reports and documentations

Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications


This is an intern position and as such, minimal experience is required.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any such related field will be preferred.

Graduates of tertiary institutions and National Youth Service Corps members can apply.

The Candidate must have worked with at least one programming language.

Remuneration
Other Information:


This is an unpaid position, however, a monthly stipend of Forty Thousand Naira (₦40,000) only will be provided for transportation and feeding allowances. All other costs related to living expenses MUST be borne by the intern. The intern will have to make his or her own arrangements for travel, accommodation, and incidents.

The Laboratory technician will be expected to provide first-class services by applying skills and scientific knowledge to support accurate medical diagnoses and the wellbeing of our patients.

In this role, you will perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in diagnosing, monitoring, treating and preventing disease.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties:


Perform phlebotomy on adults and children

Ability to perform laboratory investigations while adhering strictly to the SOP

Knowledge of laboratory sample transportation and preservation/storage

Operate and manage automatic hematology and chemistry analyzers, pipettes, thermometers, balances, and other lab apparatus.

Ensure to maintain a clean work floor and dispose of waste appropriately.

Summary of Job


The Medical Doctor will perform a range of functions including but not limited to; initial history taking,clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.

S/he must demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process, especially in assessing and diagnosing patients, leading to the delivery of safe care for all patients. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the healthcare team and the Management Team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.

The Medical Doctor will also review and act appropriately on blood results and referrals/correspondence regarding patients. In addition, S/he will be expected to occasionally carry out some home visits to patients registered on the Membership Scheme.

To perform this role successfully, the Medical Doctor will perform the following responsibilities in relation to all clinics which will include but are not limited to:

Clinical Tasks:


Participate in all treatment and preventative healthcare services as delegated and agreed by the supervising Practice Manager(s).

Provide direct clinical care to patients using established clinical guidelines.

Interview patients, take medical histories, perform physical examinations, analyze, diagnose and explain medical problems during surgery consultations and home visits.

Consult, recommend and explain appropriate diagnostic tests and treatment.

Request and interpret the results of laboratory investigations when necessary.

Perform specialized diagnostic physical exams and treatment procedures.

Instruct and educate patients in preventative health care.

Conduct telephone consultations which may involve discussing results and implications of laboratory investigations with patients as well as dealing appropriately with routine and emergency complaints.

Order laboratory tests as required and agreed under supervising Medical Director.

Fully document all aspects of patient care and complete all required paperwork for legal and administrative purposes.

Contribute to the clinical development by developing a special interest and to help establish appropriate systems to manage common chronic medical conditions, ensuring compliance with approved standard treatment guidelines.

Participate fully in the clinicians’ duty rota including the provision of home visits when appropriate.

Formulate diagnosis and treatment plans, in consultation with or referring to Supervising doctor(s) as appropriate.

Give clinical instructions to the nursing staff and other clinical care teams as required.

Communicate when necessary with colleagues in Clinical care and hospital specialists in order to discuss or refer specific patients, plan and coordinate activities or exchange information in order to improve the quality of patient care.

Deal regularly with community hospitals, consultants and other health care providers, insurance companies and other community organizations to refer/consult on specific cases, participate in community service and education projects and activities and the like.


Administrative / Training:


Assist in clinical instruction and supervision of medical and nursing staff as well as other interns/student doctors that may periodically be attached to the clinics, including the educational development and mentoring of these individuals.

Support clinical research and efforts within the EHA Clinics leading to the publication of papers

Attend regular educational meetings organized by the practice in order to update clinical knowledge, practice policy and guidelines and disseminate other useful information relevant to the provision of adequate healthcare for patients in order to discuss in a bid to learn from recent significant events relating to clinical practice occurring within the clinics.

Regularly reflect on own practice (and keep a record of learning encounters) in order to identify learning needs and encourage self-directed lifelong learning and continued professional development.

Send and receive written information on behalf of the clinic regarding matters of insurance and other issues relating to the physical and social welfare of patients.

S/he is expected to continue to learn throughout their career at EHA Clinics through continuing professional development (CPD). The professional body relating to specialist areas will have information on the type of CPD to be carried out and how much should be completed each year.

Ensure continuing education, training and development is undertaken to meet clinical governance guidelines for Continuing Professional Development and a Personal Development Plan.

Keep up to date with relevant medical research, technology, and evidence-based medical practice by attending continuing education courses and professional meetings, reading journals, etc.

Perform a variety of research and analysis tasks associated with improvement of clinical care, medical diagnosis, and treatment where appropriate using the following means:

Audit of clinical practice and review of relevant literature.

Research unusual symptoms and treatment options, through consultation with physicians and other medical specialists.

Provide literature reviews and the like; review, analyze and determine the significance of a variety of diagnostic test results


Qualifications & Training


Degree in Medicine - Minimum qualification of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in any Global, National or State recognized University and conforming to the guidelines as set out by the Medical and Dental Association of Nigeria.

At least 2+ years’ foundation program of general training

Up-to-date registration and license from the MDCN

Post-Graduate Medical and Dental qualification, Certification by WACP or equivalent body or Specialist training in a chosen area of medicine are added advantages.


Work Experience:


S/he will be required to have had related and progressive experience in a healthcare practice or health management environment.
