Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agronomist.
The Agronomist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with farming, including soil analysis, crop management, irrigation, plant nutrition and research.
They will also work with the farm team to develop and implement sustainable farming practices and manage the overall productivity of the farm.
Qualifications
Expertise in Soil Science and Agriculture
Experience with Irrigation techniques and management
Research skills in crop health and nutrition
Understanding of plant nutrition and fertilization
Ability to analyze soil samples and recommend necessary modifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in a farm or agricultural setting is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agriculture, or a related field is required
