This is a part-time on-site role for a Gender Manager located in Kuje.
The Gender Manager will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of gender-focused programs and initiatives.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, monitoring project outcomes, and conducting research on gender-related issues.
Qualifications
A Degree in Gender Studies, International Development, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in program design and implementation, with a focus on gender initiatives
Experience in research on gender issues, as well as data collection, analysis, and reporting
Experience working with partners and stakeholders to develop and implement gender-sensitive programs and initiatives
Demonstrated understanding of issues related to gender equality and empowerment, as well as knowledge of relevant policies and frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages spoken in Nigeria is an asset
