Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
Requirements
Must have a minimum B.Sc / HND in Marketing
Must have at least 2 -3 years of experience in Business Development in a manufacturing company
The preferred candidate should have a professional certification
Excellent verbal and visual Sales and Marketing reporting skills.
