Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to Trade Marketing Supervisor
Deployment of POSM materials with the sales team
Executing promotions and activation (OM, GT & MT) plan
Lead & execute the merchandising drive (OM, GT & MT) along with the sales team.
Physical inventory validation of POSMs at the depot
Competition activities and Trade Insights/feedbacks Reporting.
Identifying & Negotiate Strategic points (Hot Locations) for brand visibility, in Trade, Schools, and HORECA
Skills/Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree
Preferably prior experience in Sales or merchandising in a reputed FMCG company.
Must have the ability to handle trade objections and the capability to work with different stakeholders.
Decent communication & negotiation skills.
An eye for details to report back on Competition activities and Trade Insights/feedback
