Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
Identify and target healthcare professionals and institutions as potential clients.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to promote our products and services.
Product Knowledge and Presentation:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our medical products/services to effectively present and educate clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert guidance on usage and benefits.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Customer Support and Service:
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Offer post-sales support and follow-up to maintain strong client relationships.
Sales Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical sales or a related field.
Strong knowledge of medical products and services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must reside on the Island.
