Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, user requirements, and challenges within the telecommunications domain.
ERP Implementation:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP systems tailored to the telecommunications industry, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Customization and Integration:
Customize ERP solutions to meet specific telecommunications business needs and ensure smooth integration with existing systems and processes.
Data Migration:
Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
User Training and Support:
Conduct training sessions for end-users on ERP functionality and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient utilization of the system.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test plans to validate ERP system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high level of quality and reliability.
Documentation:
Create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials, to support ERP implementation and ongoing maintenance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and management, to ensure ERP solutions align with overall business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant with a focus on telecommunications (4 years).
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in the telecommunications industry.
Strong understanding of telecommunications business processes, including billing, network management, and customer relationship management (CRM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management experience is a plus.
Relevant certifications in ERP and telecommunications are highly desirable.
