Job Description


We are seeking to recruit a passionate, innovative, and results-oriented Field Sales Manager with experience in Luxury furniture & Bathroom wares sales in Nigeria for both residential and commercial.


Job Summary


This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with overall business goals to drive revenue and market growth.

The candidate will lead day-to-day planning and execution of high-level sales strategies for the field sales team, devise new market approaches, oversee customer engagement, and more.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, architects, builders, project managers, interior designers, hoteliers, and real estate developers.

Present premium furniture and bathroom solutions with expertise, addressing client concerns.

Negotiate deals and close contracts, exceeding sales targets and maximizing revenue.

Lead and oversee the field sales team ensuring collaboration and cohesive efforts.

Continuously hone your skills through industry workshops, product training, and stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.


Qualifications


B.Sc. or HND in Marketing or related fields.

Minimum of 5 years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

In-depth knowledge of the Lagos luxury market and design trends.

Passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in exceptional customer experiences.

Driver's license and ability to drive independently.
