Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.

Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Stay up-to-date with the latest property development trends and our product offerings.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports


Requirements


Bachelor's/Master's Degree or its equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Sales experience in the Real Estate Industry.

Excellent Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills.

Great networking skills

Technical Know-How

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of sales and MS Office Suite.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
