This is a full-time on-site role located in Fagge
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth, develop and execute sales strategies, manage existing and new customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
The Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies.
Qualifications
Proven sales management experience in the paint and coatings industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
Ability to analyze market trends and develop plans accordingly
Strong customer relationship management skills
Good understanding of product pricing and margins
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience in the paint and coatings industry is a plus
