Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Administrative Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the executive team and other team members as needed.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and files.
Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and other departments in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports, including proofreading and editing.
Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Manage and order office supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained.
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, such as conferences, meetings, and team-building activities.
Handle confidential and sensitive information in a discreet and appropriate manner.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the executive team or supervisor.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative officer or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with administrative procedures, including record-keeping and file management.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
