About the Job
Reports directly to the Assets Manager, the role is responsible for preparing assets management strategies to effectively manage assets risks, deliver required levels of service and ensure effective management of project/company assets.
Responsibilities
Ensure planning, maintenance and upgrade of the on-shore fleet and off-shore equipment through the maintenance teams, ensuring full compliance with schedules, costs, quality, and safety standards
Prepare basic technical specification relating to modification/enhancement activities of all offshore and drilling facilities.
Evaluate performance of proposed equipment
Monitor testing stages
Assist in the engineering / design activities involved in the above modification.
Prepare specification for the execution of works on site
Prepare specification for the purchase of materials/equipment
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Sciences or any other relevant discipline
Minimum of about 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in the energy industry
Good IT skills
Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Support the subcontractors or the direct hiring personnel ensuring the feasibility (availability of drawings and materials) of the works
Organize, coordinate, and control the execution of the maritime works, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, ensuring the management of the interfaces with all construction disciplines and engineering departments, overseeing the availability of the construction materials and equipment and verifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and schedule
Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures

Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Logistics, Business Administration, or any other related field
Minimum of 4 to 7 years’ relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of different types of vessels and their characteristics as well as different types of cranes, equipment, heavy vehicles, and their characteristics
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
