We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to contribute to our financial success.
As a Senior Accountant at Lily Hospitals, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts to guide financial decision-making.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, recording and reconciling financial transactions.
Prepare and file various tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Assist in the coordination of external audits and provide required documentation and explanations.
Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant or a similar role, with progressive responsibilities.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
