Your responsibilities will involve meticulously navigating and integrating legal and regulatory frameworks within the fabric of our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to relevant laws and regulations across all departments, mitigating potential risks and ensuring full compliance.
Policy Development and Implementation:
Lead the development and implementation of compliance policies, ensuring alignment with changing legal landscapes.
Territory Expansion Compliance:
Strategize and ensure compliance efforts for new territory expansion, conducting thorough assessments to ensure conformity with local regulations and laws.
Partnership Compliance:
Oversee compliance aspects in strategic partnerships and alliances, ensuring they support Klasha's growth within legal parameters.
Legal Reporting and Documentation:
Collaborate with various teams to develop and maintain robust reporting processes that align with legal and regulatory requirements.
Training and Awareness Programs:
Conduct training programs to ensure the organization is well-informed and aligned with legal and compliance standards.
Legal Advisory Support:
Offer legal guidance and support in contract reviews, negotiations, and other legal matters essential to the business.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Identify potential areas of risk and strategize effective mitigation measures.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience:
3+ years in legal and compliance roles within technology, fintech, or related industries.
Compliance Expertise:
Demonstrated experience in interpreting and implementing legal and regulatory requirements in day-to-day operations.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to interpret complex legal information and draw actionable insights.
Communication and Collaboration:
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Legal Background:
Bachelor's degree in Law or a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
