Job Duties
As a HR Intern, you will:
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries, requests and functions.
Assist with the recruitment process of Eden employees.
Assist with the On-boarding and Off-boarding of Eden employees.
Assist with documentation, research, reporting, presentation, Contract Preparation and Proofreading.
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees and company assets.
Assist with the creation and execution of company-wide Pulse Checks & 360 Team surveys.
Assist with implementing Performance Management procedures.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Assist with the execution of the Eden Engagement Calendar.
Assist with the coordination of training sessions and seminars.
Job Requirements
Must have an Undergraduate Law Degree and have concluded the Nigerian Law School program.
Must be currently serving in the NYSC scheme. (Persons who have more than 9 months left to serve have an advantage)
Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally.
Must be able to skillfully gather and analyze information as well as effectively read and interpret information.
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently. Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to direction, and must consistently improve performance through feedback.
