Responsibilities
Prepare Court processes and represent clients in court
Draft Commercial Agreements
Carry out research on issues of law, prepare and draft other legal documents, opinions and provide legal advice
Advise clients on rights and responsibilities, liability, prosecuting or defending lawsuits, business transactions
Provide company secretarial services
Liaise with regulatory bodies and government agencies
Requirements
A law degree – 2nd Class Upper or Lower
4-5 years’ post call experience in dispute resolution and commercial matters
ICSAN membership will be an added advantage
Strong, verifiable dispute resolution experience and skills
Strong writing skills, evidence of published articles or writings
Very good verbal, written communication, typing and presentation skills
Demonstrable organizational skills
Evidence of familiarity with MSWord, Powerpoint
