Job Summary
You will be responsible for going along with a driver to the company’s designated vehicle and carrying out deliveries as assigned.
Responsibilities
Time management to ensure deliveries are made on schedule.
Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions.
Adhere to basic food and package handling standards and protocols.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Provide real-time delivery updates via the company’s delivery application and Slack.
Collect and file a signed copy of proof of delivery.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
Source for 3PL partners where additional capacity is needed.
Requirements
Minimum O’level certificate with 1-2 years of customer-facing experience.
Able and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines
Able to assist clients when needed
Physically able to lift and carry products.
Owning a smartphone
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
