We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Supply Chain.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of overall supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a management position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies
Lead and mentor a high-performing team
Optimize inventory management and logistics processes
Foster collaboration with vendors and stakeholders
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing and approving products and services to be purchased
Streamline logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective product distribution.
Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost effective
Develop and manage the supply chain budget, optimizing resources to achieve cost-effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
Proven track record with a minimum of 7 years in supply chain roles
Strong leadership skills with 5 years in a management position
In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
