Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the lead generation and lead to live process
Ensuring offline acquisition channels are operating flawlessly and producing the maximum output
Detect the training needs of vendors and create a curriculum to get them started on the Omnibiz platform and to bring them to the next level
Run online and offline training sessions
Organize Vendor events
Incubate the vendors for 1 month after live to make sure they are engaged properly
Ensuring sellers get orders on platform within 7 days
Manage a team of trainers & vendor on-boarders
Qualifications
At least 4 years’ work experience in leading a business unit with commercial / business development focus
Able to quickly grasp concepts and explain them in a clear manner
Experience in managing a team
Ability to create flawless presentations using PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong entrepreneurial skills, leadership and drive
Very independent with a strong ability to go further than the expectations
Ability to adapt in a multinational environment
Deep understanding of eCommerce/Marketplace

Responsibilities
Lead the Distributor Acquisition strategy, meeting key targets.
Acquire key target vendors, align with our long-term strategic plan, and directly interact with them in order to drive their performance.
Optimizing the performance of newly signed vendors, recommending processes to improve and motivate them in line with the company objectives.
Accountable for vendor acquisition pipeline planning.
Negotiate with potential vendors to join the platform.
Provide required training to on-board the vendor.
Liaise between vendors and commercial department.
Qualifications
Person Specification:
HND / B.Sc in any related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Attention to details.
Strong sales skills and ability utilize field sales techniques.
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
Good knowledge of the e-commerce industry.
