Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative menus that align with the hotel's brand and appeal to our diverse clientele.
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
Lead and inspire the culinary team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering to meet financial targets.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events, promotions, and catering services.
Stay abreast of culinary trends, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of various cuisines, culinary techniques, and food presentation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets.
Creative and passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
