Job Description
Prepare FFSD lifting activities offshore according to HSE regulations.
Preparing lifting plan.
Preparing the permit to work and getting it approved by Site Lifting Specialist.
Implements with Contractor Site Representative any Risk Assessment of Job Safety Analysis as required by Project HSE procedures.
Create work procedures; assess contractors' personnel and equipment for suitability for the work.
Providing technical input on contractor and consultant selection with handling and lifting content.
Verifies that the lifting equipment satisfies regulatory requirements: Condition / fitness for purpose, SWL and WLL, Serial No. Identification Number, Valid certificate, Colour code if applicable.
Requirements
Diploma holder
Experience in Offshore construction, Site supervision, Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning in an Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Industry preferably on an FPSO.
Advanced rigging and lifting level 2 competences minimum.
Experience in oil and gas or related industry to have knowledge of the specific environment linked to HSE aspects
Ability to work in a large multinational team
Ability to work independently while maintaining good relations with colleagues and others
Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site
Working language: English mandatory, French is an advantage
Perfectly competent and independent in his field, he must show common sense and organizational ability.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the project through all phases of the project lifecycle including engineering, manufacturing, delivery, installation, commissioning, commercial operation and contract closeout.
Execute projects in compliance with contract requirements including scope, schedule, budget, quality, while managing risk, improving margin and exceeding customer expectations.
Primary customer contact and advocate responsible for resolving technical / commercial issues, managing communications and providing periodic status updates.
Responsible for providing leadership and direction to other functions supporting the project including Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, Finance and Services.
Manage technical and commercial risk including contract changes, margin erosion, receivables, liquidated damages / claims and effective project closeout.
Manage contract and terms.
Be a leader for overall project cost control and margin enhancement.
Identify, pursue and close margin enhancement opportunities via contract change order for additional equipment and services.
Manage and report financial aspects of project including budget, costs, margin, invoicing, receivable collection and revenue recognition.
Lead project teams through project reviews in order to identify and manage risks, monitor financial and operational performance against the project baseline and initiate corrective action where appropriate. Update business leaders.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology field of study
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry /construction / handling Electrical & Instrumentation Commissionng scope.
