Finance Manager Job Responsibility
• Manage the General ledger, including timely and accurate monthly closing and preparation of financial statement (IFRS)- (P&L, Balance sheet and Statement of cashflow e.t.c).
• Manage the review and implementation of accounting policies, procedures and systems.
• Prepare project profitability report and inventory management.
• Responsible for performing all end of month functions including accruals, prepayment, depreciation, reconciliation and analysing financial statement.
• Perform budgetary control analysis by monitoring project spends against budget limits and providing monthly variance analysis.
• Manage clients request for quote (RFQ), purchase orders and invoices.
• Reconciliation of bank statement and other monthly reconciliation.
• Management of fixed asset, account receivable and payable.
• Manage correspondence with tax authorities, banks and co-ordination of annual financial audit with external auditors.
• Cash management-Invoicing, collections, cash control, vendors and third-party payment.
• Responsible for administrative activities and operations.
• Preparation of performance report for the different divisions of the company-IT, Engineering and Facility management.
Qualification:
• BSc/HND in Finance or Accounting or any any other related field
• 8-10years' working experience in related field
• Experience in similar sector would be an added advantage
• Relevant Professional Qualification is compulsory
• Analytical and goal oriented
