Office Assistant reponsible for both organizational and administrative tasks.
Their roles also include organizing files, maintaining supplies, welcoming guests, and ensures the smooth running of the office.
Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
Greet prospective and existing clients in a professional manner and provide visitors or clients relevant information needed by the clients.
Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary
Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
Keeping an office inventory and also ordering for the new one needed
Taking and delivering messages.
Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
