Gathering as much information on the company and participating in on-the-job training wherever possible. They attend meetings, workshops, and team-building eventsand also help in making presentations to other staff members.
They earn a substantial commission on sales and the compensation is based on the performance in terms of the number and value of sales in a given time.
There duties also include helping customers in selecting the right product and enhancing sales volume . They provide appropriate and reliable information to clients and work closely with marketing department as well as product sales report delivery so also meeting the sales target.
