Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Intern in Lagos.

The IT intern will provide customer service and support for network administration, troubleshooting, and network security.

The intern will work with a team to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware, and networks.


Qualifications


Proficient in Network Administration and Information Technology

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues

Familiar with network security and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Firewall

Excellent customer service skills for technical support interactions with end-users

Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist with other IT initiatives as assigned

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
