IT Technical Support Officer

Description

Responsibilities:

Install and configure computer hardware operating system and applications.

Monitor and maintain computer systems and network.

Knowledge of troubleshooting systems and network problems.

Provide Support which includes procedurals and documentation and relevant report.

Set up new staff accounts and dealing with password issues.

Test and evaluate new technology.

Customized and maintain enterprise web applications.



Requirements:

BSc/HND in Computer Science or any related field of study.

3 years exp in I.T Support, Window Server Administration, Exchange Server Admin and Web Dev.
