Responsibilities
Financial Record Maintenance:
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Record daily financial transactions and support the posting process.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Aid in processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Assist in reconciling discrepancies in financial records.
Financial Reporting Assistance:
Support the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Assist in generating financial reports for review by senior accounting staff.
Assist with data entry tasks and routine bookkeeping.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Collaborate with the accounting team during internal and external audits
Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Provide support in conducting basic financial analysis.
Assist in identifying trends and variances in financial data.
Provide general administrative support to the finance team
Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
