Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee various associations within the portfolio of AssociationsHUB Abuja.
Implement growth plans, ensuring organic development and influence in respective fields.
Handle membership management, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for association members.
Drive customer support activities, addressing queries, and maintaining excellent client relations.
Manage and coordinate training programs, contributing to the professional development of association members.
Collaborate with teams to ensure effective digital transformation and operational efficiency.
Uphold corporate governance standards to ensure sustainability and ethical practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Proven experience in client management or client support role
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills with good presentation acumen.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital tools and technologies for effective management
