We are looking for an Insurance agency managers who will oversee all aspects of their company’s operations.
They will act as the face of the business, interacting with clients and other stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure that they have a positive experience with the agency.
Responsibilities
Meeting with clientele to discuss existing policies and recommend changes as needed
Reviewing new claims and providing feedback to adjusters regarding coverage, claim status, and next steps
Negotiating with insurance companies on behalf of clients to ensure fair settlements for claims
Overseeing the processing of applications for new policies and claims on existing policies
Conducting research on laws and regulations regarding insurance policies, claims, and coverage options
Providing customer service by answering questions about coverage, billing, payment options, and claims status
Monitoring the financial performance of an insurance business to ensure that it meets or exceeds internal goals
Helping clients select appropriate insurance coverage for their needs based on their risk tolerance and available funds
Determining which coverage options are most appropriate for each client based on their specific needs, preferences, and budget constraints
Requirements
B.Sc / HND Degree in Business, Insurance, or related field
3 - 4 years experience in the insurance industry, and relevant skills
Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Working knowledge of insurance underwriting guidelines and rating systems.
