About the job
We are looking for Business to Business Sales Marketing Specialist to join PowerHouse Multimedia. The B2B SMS will be responsible for researching companies that fit our targeting criteria, identifying key decision-makers, securing Sales Qualified Appointments (SQAs) and, selectively, assisting in moving qualified leads through the sales funnel to a successful close.
This individual will implement and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
Sales Responsibilities:
Generate new business and cold calling prospective clients
Attract new clients
Research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects
Build strategic partnerships
Nurture and develop relationships with key business accounts
Negotiate contracts
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI’s
Work closely with stakeholders daily
Use Hubspot CRM to track sales leads
Within first 30 days generate 2-3 strong sales leads with the intent to close sales
Keep shared calendars, spreadsheets, and project trackers updated with current information
Coordinating cross-channel communication including email, direct mail, SMS, and social
Work with direct management of sales and operations to ensure quality of client campaigns
Marketing Responsibilities:
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
Evaluate market data trends to identify business opportunities
Brainstorm ideas for marketing campaigns
Create brand message to improve brand awareness
Develop sales presentation
Manage Instagram, Facebook, Twitter for lead generations, and build brand awareness
Use Inbound Marketing to attract new clients
Who you are:
Experienced in business-to-business sales growth and/or retail account acquisition
Passionate about helping companies grow in brand awareness and revenue
Teachable, positive, self-managed, professional, and dependable
Looking to impact the company significantly with your skills and ideas
Adaptable with strong leadership skills
Qualifications:
2+ years of marketing
2+ years of sales, business to business plus
Background in sales, brand development, marketing, media buying, advertising
Customer service orientated
1+ year in the OOH (Out of Home) advertising industry working for a marketing, advertising or media agency
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of Inbound sales method to generate leads
Digital Marketing experience
