Waziri is recruiting for the post of Field Marketing Sales Agent for our offline e-commerce products. The candidate must be a fast learner, possess the ability to multi-task and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment. FMCG experienced person is needed
Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services.
Generate leads by visiting the marketplace to converse with potential customers
Attend meetings with prospective and existing clients.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the database
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements:
Minimum academic qualification of OND in any discipline
3 years of experience is required in FMCG
3 years as a Field Sales representative
Candidate must be a smart and fast learner
Good customer relations skills
