We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Graduate Trainee to join our Sales team.

As a Graduate Trainee in Sales, you will learn our product offerings, sales techniques, and client management skills through a combination of structured training, hands-on projects, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in a comprehensive training program to gain knowledge of company products, sales processes, and client engagement strategies.
Support the sales team in identifying and researching potential clients and markets.
Assist in creating sales presentations and materials to effectively communicate product benefits to potential clients.
Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, and in-person) to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing marketing campaigns.
Track sales activities and client communications in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Provide feedback to the sales and product development teams on customer responses and product improvements.
Meet regularly with sales mentors and team leaders to assess performance and set personal development goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in a sales career, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
