Job Description
Support the operations of the compliance function of the Company with particular emphasis on transaction monitoring and business partner compliance reviews.
Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies.
Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.
Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.
Responsible for managing and training a team of compliance analysts.
Job Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc. qualification .
Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience in similar role.
Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.

Help to plan sales campaigns to increase sales of the business
Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases
Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to management.
Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
Foster and develop relationships, understand the needs of your customers/clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
Think and work strategically - seeing the bigger picture, setting and carrying out aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
