We are looking for an innovative Electrical Maintenance Engineer who will be responsible for improving plant and equipment operation efficiency by providing automation & electrical maintenance support to the plant.
Job Responsibilities
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
Responding to breakdowns
Diagnosing faults
Repairing equipment
Supervising engineering and technical staff
Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
Managing budgets
Maintaining statistical and financial records
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Creating maintenance procedures
Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Proven work experience as a maintenance engineer.
Knowledge of EPA and OSHA guidelines.
Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read system schematics.
Ability to single-handedly and efficiently perform electrical installation jobs
Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Ability to anticipate problems and quickly find solutions to them
Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
Good communication and training skills.
Relevant technical knowledge.

We are in need of a financial product sales executive who will be responsible for designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell financial services and guide buyers through this process.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and identify clients and maintain client base through efficient interactions with clients and analyze any changes in client’s needs.
Coordinate with prospects to understand individual client requirement and recommend plans to ensure achievement of all objectives.
Develop financial strategies and plans and recommend specific products to clients.
Evaluate prospect requirements of clients and determine qualified leads through efficient networking and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationship with business owners, individuals, corporate executives and influential personnel with client.
Supervise all finance sales process and manage multiple responsibilities.
Perform all audit and security procedures, bank policies, federal regulations and ensure completion of work within deadline.
Mange all communication with bank and provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues.
Administer all clients’ queries on financial issues; manage effective resolution of all customer complaints.
Coordinate with other departments for and maintain efficiency on all sales procedures and activities.
Job Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
Proven experience as a financial product sales executive
Good comprehension of client’s services
Excellent skills in communication and presentation
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
Ability to read customers.

Job Responsibilities
Supporting the investment team through the life cycle of our investments, including: sourcing, conducting due diligence, preparing and writing documents, executing the transaction and helping the companies grow to exiting them.
Attending networking events that may be a source of pipeline;
Conducting discrete research projects to support the development of new initiatives;
Compiling and preparing reports on the overall performance of our investment portfolio;
Taking initiative in spotting and responding to needs in the investment team.
