Analysis of market trends and sales performance in order to make informed recommendations for the product areas
Analysis of competitor activity in order to provide the business with a competitive edge over competition
Planning key tasks for launching new products, setting delivery timelines in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and delivery of products within the expected timeline
Collaborating with the product team to define the product vision
Speaking to customers directly to understand their problems
Estimate the revenue impact of new ideas, features or optimizations
Design and maintain a high-quality backlog of features with easily understandable requirements, epics and user stories
Organize and host design sprints for major products and ideas
Act as day-to-day primary contact for any product related questions from the sales and wealth management teams
Constantly seek improvement opportunities in our day-to-day processes and flows
Carry out alpha tests for product features and make recommendations for future iterations
