Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate professionals, Estate Surveyors, Facility Managers, and administrative staff.
Provide team members leadership, guidance, and mentorship to enhance their performance.
Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Operational Excellence:
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and laws.
Oversee property listings, transactions, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and needs.
Monitor client feedback and implement improvements in service delivery.
Work with agents to provide exceptional customer service throughout real estate transactions.
Marketing and Business Development:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property listings and the company's brand.
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage the real estate practice's budget.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes.
Use market insights to make informed decisions and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management or a related field.
Proven experience in real estate management, including team leadership.
