Farmz2u’s Operations team is currently searching for a Sales Operations Intern to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the growth of our operations in Nigeria.
Your responsibilities will span user onboarding experience, analytics of user engagement, and relationship management to achieve our growth objectives.
As part of our rapidly growing Nigerian team, this position requires adaptability and a problem-solving mindset. Being an early Hitchhiker, you will contribute to shaping the team culture in Nigeria, emphasizing the importance of cultural fit for this role.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, analytical problem solver, and detail-oriented individual with a natural curiosity for problem-solving, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust Customer Acquisition Strategy to meet business targets.
Effectively manage the sales pipeline, identifying new potential business opportunities and engaging potential partners.
Cultivate relationships with buyers through various channels, ensuring customer retention and portfolio growth.
Address and facilitate the resolution of customer issues, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Ensure prompt payments for services offered to customers and oversee timely debt collection.
Stay informed about new product features and educate buyers on these improvements.
Gather market and buyer information, providing valuable feedback to the organization for product development.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
