Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support Analyst/Presales to join our dynamic team and provide comprehensive support to our sales resources across the Africa region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in supporting sales teams and a deep understanding of the presales process. They will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Conducting thorough pre-sales research and analysis
Developing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals
Identifying and qualifying new sales leads
Providing technical support to sales teams during the sales cycle
Managing sales pipeline and tracking progress
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough pre-sales research and analysis to identify and assess potential customer needs and opportunities.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the company's value proposition and solutions.
Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including inbound marketing, lead generation campaigns, and networking events.
Provide technical support to sales teams during the sales cycle, including answering customer questions, addressing technical objections, and providing product demos.
Manage sales pipeline and track progress to ensure that deals are progressing smoothly and closing on time.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation, including customer profiles, opportunity briefs, and proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
4+ years of experience in a sales support or presales role
Proven track record of success in identifying and qualifying new sales leads.
Strong understanding of the presales process and the ability to translate and interpret data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English and French is a plus.
Telecom/IT/Fintech background experience.
