The ideal candidate will manage Online Sales Channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Website, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
Responsibilities
Online Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive online sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new sales opportunities.
Social Media Management:
Manage and oversee the brand's presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and others).
Create engaging content, promotions, and campaigns to drive online sales.
Shopify Store Management:
Oversee the operation and optimization of the Shopify store.
Monitor product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
WhatsApp Selling:
Coordinate and manage sales activities conducted through WhatsApp.
Train and guide the sales team on effective WhatsApp selling techniques.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of online sales representatives.
Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team performance.
Customer Engagement:
Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing concerns promptly.
Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze online sales performance using relevant analytics tools.
Implement data-driven strategies to improve sales efficiency.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing teams to align online sales strategies with overall brand objectives.
Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence in messaging.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging online sales technologies.
Propose innovative approaches to enhance the brand's online presence.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on online sales performance.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Marketing or relevant, bachelor degree or above
Channel Managing experience in cosmetic industry, minimal 2 years
Familiar with marketing of cosmetics
Capable of customer relationship management
Good at developing and expanding channels
Honest and confident, enthusiastic about work
Good at logistic thinking and communication
Team player.
Remuneration
Salary: N120,000 monthly.
Compensation:
KPI bonus will be #40,000 per month, the actualpayment will be subject to monthly performance evaluation.
Extra Bonus will be rewarded upon completion on the overall sales task of each month.
